Your privacy

Last updated September 30, 2026

This app is for the members of Milwaukee Avenue Church of Christ. Here is what it keeps about you, who can see it, and what it never does.

What we keep

• Your name, the name you go by, and your household
• Your email address, mobile phone, home address and home phone, if the church office has them
• Your birthday, if the church office has it
• The email you sign in with, and the phones where you've allowed notifications
• A record of changes that staff make, such as who updated an address and when

Who can see it

• Other members see your name and household in the directory. They see your phone, email, birthday (month and day only, never the year) and address only if you choose to share them. You can change this at any time under My Account → My details.
• Church staff and ministry leaders see what they need for their work, such as the office for the directory. Each person only has the access they've been given, and every change they make is recorded.
• People who aren't members of the church can't see anything.

What we never do

• We don't sell or share your information.
• No advertising, and no tracking of what you do in the app.
• Your church information isn't saved on your phone; the app fetches it fresh each time.

Services we use

Like most apps, this one runs on trusted outside services that store and deliver it: Supabase (keeps the church's information securely), Vercel (runs the app) and Resend (sends the app's emails). They handle information only to run the app for the church.

Children

Children under 13 never have their own sign-in, email or phone number in the app. The church office can list them with their family, and their parents decide what's shared.

Your choices

• Choose what others see under My Account → My details.
• Ask the church office to correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your account at any time under My Account → Delete my account. Your details are removed, including from the record of changes.
